My name is Thomas Dalecki.

I work with analog cameras and seek out quiet places where time seems to move a little slower.

Through photography, I seek moments of stillness, balance, and reflection. Working with film encourages a slower, more deliberate approach — from composing an image in the field to developing and scanning the negatives by hand.

I develop my own black-and-white film as part of this process. The time spent making a photograph is just as important to me as the photograph itself.

Quiet Spaces is a collection of places, memories, and moments that invite us to slow down and look a little longer.
